Schneider Electric names Bhavna Verma as VP– Strategy and M&A for Greater India Zone

Schneider Electric has appointed Bhavna Verma as Vice President – Strategy and M&A.

Bhavna Verma takes over from Damini Chaudhari who was recently appointed Vice President – Services.

This is Verma’s second stint with Schneider Electric. She was earlier Exports Director – M&A Integration Office and held roles in Strategy & Sales Excellence.

Verma will lead Corporate Strategy, Software Strategy, Sales Excellence, and CSR for the zone. She has 17+ years across management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, and marketing.
