Over the course of his career for 30 years across diverse industries, Gupta has contributed significantly to organizations such as American Tower Corporation (ATC), ESPN Star India, British Telecom (BT) India, Avaya India Private Limited, Fox Mandal, DSK Legal, HCL Perot Limited, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., among others.
As Director - Legal, he will head the Legal function and will oversee Litigation, Legal Operations, Regulatory Risks & Compliance and legal aspects of Strategic Partnerships.
