Vijay Shukla promoted as national marketing head of Nava Bharat-MP Group
The wait for a national marketing head at the Nava Bharat-Madhya Pradesh Group is over with the promotion of Vijay Shukla to the post. Prior to this, Shukla was the marketing head for the central and western regions.
Long after Kunjesh Parihar quit the Nava Bharat-Madhya Pradesh group as CEO, the position of a full time national marketing head remained vacant. Director of the group, Sunjeev Maheshawari, has been looking after national operations till date. And now the wait seems to be over with Vijay Shukla been promoted as General Manager, Marketing, of Nava Bharat-MP and will be the national head for marketing.
Prior to this, Shukla was the marketing head for the central and western regions and has spent close to nine years with the group. He will be directly reporting into Maheshwari.
Speaking about his new role, Shukla said, “I am excited to now have more regions under me. Thus, the priority for me would be to streamline the operations as far as the western, central, northern and southern regions are concerned, and also to consolidate the team, and yes, many new businesses that are coming up. The fact that I know these markets well is going to make it all the more challenging and fun for me.”
