News Nation Network’s Chief Technology Officer, Vikas Goyat has decided to move on from the organisation after spending nearly 12 years at the news channel.
Goyat was responsible for Satcom, Broadcast, Maintenance and Ingest Departments at News Nation. Additionally, he handled smooth operations of DSNG vans, channels uplinking and technical operations, lease lines links and more.
He has also maintained specialised equipment for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission, and interactive media.
Goyat also supported the production team in solving issues related to equipment used in daily operations.
In the past, Goyat has worked with ABP News as their Senior Engineer- Technical for 5 years. He started his career with Indiasign Pvt Ltd. in 2005 as their RF Engineer where he mainly provided overall technical support for customer ESPN-Star Sports (India), Star Plus,TV9, Sony TV, Aaj Tak, ETV, Sanskar, O TV, Sadhna TV, MH1 and many more.
