VJIVE Networks has appointed Amrit Rai as VP of Business Development and Alliances-Media Services. Prior to this, she was working with the Indian Express group of newspapers where she was AVP-Space Marketing. Rai will be based in Mumbai and will be reporting to Chandni Jafri, SVP-Media Services.
In her experience of 17 years, Rai has worked with major print and electronic media companies like the Business India Group, TV18, Nimbus and STAR India.
Commenting on her appointment, Rai said, “Digital OOH advertising is the next big thing in the media industry looking at the retail explosion and massive spends on infrastructure projects in the near future. This will be an exciting arena to be in, requiring innovative and effective communication strategies and solutions. I look forward to being a contributor in this pioneering company’s progress.”
