ZEEL: Umesh Bansal gets additional responsibility of music biz
Umesh Bansal is serving as Chief Business Officer for ZEEL’s movie business
ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has given additional responsibility of music business to Umesh Bansal, who is serving as Chief Business Officer for its movie business. Bansal will continue to report to the company's MD and CEO Punit Goenka as before.
Sources said the decision has been taken in line with the company's resource optimization approach and aims to enhance the synergistic capabilities of the movie and music businesses.
Anurag Bedi, who was till now serving as the Chief Business Officer of Zee Music Company, has resigned from his post. It is reported that he will be given a new responsibility, about which the company will give information later.
