MSL India announces new appointments to key leadership roles

MSL India has announced three key leadership appointments, including MSL Bengaluru Lead, Head of Talent and Culture, and Mumbai lead for FinComm practice. 

Commenting on the appointments, Amit Misra, CEO - of MSL South and South East Asia, said, "I am delighted to welcome Ajit, Rajesh and Shreela to MSL. Their collective experience, talent and expertise will be a core ingredient in building a dynamic business environment and furthering our growth. I am confident that their addition to the team will complement our operations and help us continue enhancing impact for our clients and colleagues."

The leadership hires are as follows:

Ajit Pai: Vice President and Lead - MSL Bengaluru 

Ajit Pai is a public relations professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of communications. His core skills include client engagement, media and influencer management, crisis and issue management, knitting creative and insight-led campaigns, coaching and mentoring teams. Prior to this, he was associated with Adfactors PR as Group Head. He has also contributed to notable agencies such as Edelman, APCO Worldwide and Genesis BCW.

Shreela Roy: Vice President, Mumbai and Lead - FinComm practice –

Shreela Roy has 15+ years of widespread and diverse experience in public relations, media relations, crisis management, executive leadership visibility, product campaigns, brand building and corporate communications across sectors Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infra & Aviation, and Professional Services. Her previous stint was with Genesis BCW as Director. She has worked with some of the leading PR agencies such as Ketchum Sampark, Edelman, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She was also a part of corporate communications team at HDFC Bank.

Rajesh Narwankar: Vice President and Head of Talent and Culture, MSL India

Rajesh Narwankar has 15 years of experience in HR domain. He will lead resource management at MSL and enforce innovative talent movement processes to create a sustainable people infrastructure. His domain expertise lies in talent engagement, HR analytics, performance management and HR operations. Before joining MSL, he was associated with PwC as Associate Director – Human Capital. He has also worked with other organisations including Edelman and BMR Advisors Pvt Ltd.
