Sreedhanya Shanmughan joins AXA as the VP & Lead - Communications DEI & CSR. In her new role, she will work to build an employer brand for AXA GBS in India and Morocco, and enhance communication strategies to elevate employee experience. She will also drive change management communication for key strategic projects, and be an advisor to business leadership in their transformation journey.

Shanmughan is a passionate storyteller and communications professional with more than two decades of experience. Previously, she has been a catalyst in the growth of various organizations like Mindsprint, Cargill, Lowe’s India, and more.
