Firstsource has named Vignesh Nair as its Associate Director – Global Communications, effective March 4, 2024. In his new role, he and his team are responsible for driving the company's reputation worldwide through Strategic Communications, Social Media, and Investor Relations.

Nair holds over 14 years of experience in corporate communications and has consulted/worked with a range of both Indian and multinational companies such as L’Oréal, Mondelēz International, and a few leading communications agencies like Ogilvy, MSLGROUP India etc. His work involves external communications, internal communications & employee engagement, and corporate social media.
