There have been some changes in the Directorate of Balaji Telefilms. The company immediately informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the Board of Directors (BoD) meeting took place today.

As per the company’s notice to the stock exchange, Pradeep Sarda has been appointed as Additional Director to hold office up to the next AGM of the company. Sarda is also appointed as member of the Audit Committee and Ajay Patadia who was also a director in the company has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the company.
