The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Chennai is believed to be looking for advertising agencies to handle its media plans, according to senior sources in the industry.
The empanelled agencies would be expected to prepare and execute media plans for government advertisement campaigns over mainstream mass media vehicles.
Sources also suggested that the applicant agencies should have necessary infrastructure and skilled manpower to undertake the project with efficiency and effectiveness.
