MTNL Delhi empanels 4 agencies for its creative duties
MTNL Delhi has empanelled four agencies to its creative roster. While Airads Advertising and Crayons Advertising have been retained, Square Communications and RK Swamy BBDO are the new agencies on the account. Span Communications and Graphisads are the incumbent on the account.
Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) Delhi has empanelled two new agencies this year while retaining two of its older agencies. While Airads Advertising and Crayons Advertising have been retained on the account, RK Swamy BBDO and Square Communications have been added to the roster. The account was reviewed a few months ago and the decision on the agencies was taken two weeks back.
It is learnt that MTNL Delhi, one of the largest telecom service providers in the region, plans to capitalise on its broadband offerings while building on 3G and landline services. The agencies have been roped in on a one-year contract, which can be extended by one more year. There were about 12 agencies shortlisted by the company after the initial call for pitch.
