E-commerce majors reinstated their positions at BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 35 (August 26-September 1)
E-commerce majors reinstated their positions at BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 35 (August 26-September 1) with Amazon India leading with 14,985 insertions and Flipkart at third spot with 11,900 insertions.
Lalitha Jewellery, Domino’s Pizza and Videocon D2H entered the list after a hiatus at second, fifth and ninth spot putting in 13,856, 11,684 and 8357 insertions respectively.
Dove Cream Bathing Bar, Lux Toilet Soap, Close Up Ever Fresh, Lifebuoy Toilet Soap and Sunsilk Black Shine slipped to fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth and tenth spot with 11,862, 10,763, 9821, 9494 and 7701 insertions respectively.
In the Top 10 Advertisers list, Hindustan Lever, Reckitt Benckiser (India), Procter & Gamble and Brooke Bond Lipton India retained the top four spots with 1,67,282, 50,203, 28,379 and 24,216 insertions respectively.
Amazon Online India, Super Cassettes Industries and ITC Ltd moved up to fifth, sixth and ninth spot with 22,304, 20,327 and 17,525 insertions respectively.
Cadburys India and Smithkline Beecham slipped to eighth and tenth spot with 18,486 and 17,184 insertions respectively.
Patanjali Ayurved re-entered the list at seventh spot with 19,121 insertions.
