Bank of India divides creative duties among 6 agencies, ad spend at Rs 25 cr

Bank of India has decided on six agencies to take care of its creative business. The six empanelled agencies include Imageads, Interpublicity, Pressman, Mudra, O&M and Rediffusion Financials.

Following the review of the advertising business of Bank of India has decided on six agencies to take care of its creative business. The six empanelled agencies include Imageads, Interpublicity, Pressman, Mudra, O&M and Rediffusion Financials.

Of these, O&M and Rediffusion Financials, a unit of Rediffusion DY&R, have just got added to Bank of India’s roster. The outgoing agency from the business is Madison Creative.

A senior Bank of India official confirmed the development, adding that the ad budget is in the vicinity of Rs 25 crore.

The official also informed that Bank of India is still contemplating on the media side of the business. “We have invited quotes from agencies but we are still not sure on whether we will have media partners at all. A confirmed call on that would be taken next week,” the official said.

Said Ajay Verma of Rediffusion Financials, “This is a very exciting piece of business and we are completely thrilled. You can expect some interesting work coming from us on this.”
