Bharti Retail has invited advertising agencies for a creative pitch. Senior industry sources close to the development confirmed this news and claimed that the account size is Rs 18-20 crore. The four agencies that have been invited to participate in the pitch are JWT, Leo Burnett, Lowe and FCB Ulka.

JWT, Lowe, Leo Burnett have already given their first round of presentation. The presentations were based on ways to build Bharti Retail brand. The second round of presentation will take place in the first week of April, in which the creative agency will be finalised.

Bharti Retail is 100 per cent owned and operated by Bharti. Its Memorandum of Understanding with Wal-Mart is for technical collaboration, i.e., Cash and Carry, logistics and supply chain.
