I have always felt if you have someone like Chinta around you are assured that things will work out no matter how difficult the task at hand is.
Chinta was already a much-respected name in the industry before I joined. From my Ogilvy days to McCann, it was always a learning experience to spend time with him.
He simplified the most complex problems and always looked at the larger picture.
There are many talented professionals he has nurtured for the industry and am sure he will keep doing that.
I wish him a fabulous life ahead.
