When I was briefed about writing a few words on my thoughts for the year gone by at exchange4media, as in the kind of work that I have done here, I thought maybe I may not have much to write about as this is only my third week here. So, I will only speak of my experience in the short time that I have been here.

So, I will only speak of my experience in the short time that I have been here.
Though I come from a broadcast media background, it is very different from what I am doing right now at exchange4media. My brief experience here has exposed me to the corporate structure and the business of media and advertising (the people behind the scenes), which has been very new for me.
My experiences while filing my reports Movie Marketing in Recession, Premieres versus Repeat movies on movie channels, Christmas and New Year Spirit amongst Media Professionals and Celebrity Management, have been invigorating to say the least. I got some great insights into the workings of the business of media.
I must admit that the strict rigmarole of reaching office early in the morning is a bit taxing on me right now, but the challenge of breaking into new frontiers and the learnings that I gain every day more than makes up for it, and yes, I actually write – something that I had always wanted to do, but never did before…
