GAIL scouts for ad agencies

GAIL India Ltd is looking to empanel INS accredited ad agencies to handle routine, statutory branding/ non-branding communication jobs. Agencies need to submit the requisite documents by October 14, 2011.

GAIL India Ltd is looking to empanel INS accredited ad agencies to handle routine, statutory branding/ non-branding communication jobs. The empanelment will be for GAIL corporate office, zonal offices at Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gwalior and Mumbai.

Agencies need to submit the requisite documents by October 14, 2011.

The agencies shall be empanelled initially for a period of one year after which the term of empanelment can be further extended on a year to year basis based on the performance. Such extensions shall be for a maximum period of two years.

The scope of work includes display advertisements and other public awareness/ announcement advertisements, corporate ads, Internet ads, product ads, radio jingles and TVCs, outdoor ads, institutional campaigns, including event management and advertisements, campaigns on behalf of GAIL, other oil and gas sector companies and the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, organising exhibitions in India and abroad, besides designing and printing of various publications.

To be eligible, the agencies need to have a minimum turnover of Rs 15 crore during each of the previous three financial years – FY09, FY10 and FY11. The agencies should have continuous INS accreditation for the last three years.
