Hemant Misra quits JWT; to join Publicis as COO
Hemant Misra, Senior Vice-president, JWT Delhi, has quit. He is joining Publicis as Chief Operating Officer on April 1, 2007. At JWT he was heading the Pepsi and Hero Honda business. He had joined JWT in December 2005.

Hemant Misra, Senior Vice-president, JWT Delhi, has quit. He is joining Publicis as Chief Operating Officer on April 1, 2007. At JWT he was heading the Pepsi and Hero Honda business. He had joined JWT in December 2005. Sources close to the development confirmed the news.
Prior to JWT, Misra was President-North & East, Mudra. He was with Mudra for 14 years. A graduate in Economics from Hindu College, Misra started his career in 1986 with an agency called Milestone. Before moving to Mudra, he also did a stint with Everest.
In his career span, Misra has worked closely on various national and international brands such as Nestle, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Frito Lays, Mitsubishi, Yamaha, Electrolux, McDonald’s, Dabur, Pan Parag, Hindustan Motors, Orient Fans and Metro Dairy.
