The industry came together for the occasion of conferring Shashi Sinha with the AAAI Lifetime Achievement Award. Leaders from all walks of life recounted their journeys with the ad industry veteran.

My association with Shashi goes back to almost over two decades now and I remember the first deal that we did when I was working for ESPN and Star Sports. Shashi, Kalpana, Nitin Karkare and I did a CEAT meeting, the first big deal which was a million-dollar deal. Ever since then, I have had great experiences with him. He is a great human being and a great friend. Above all the qualities he possesses, his consistency and the combination of mixing personal relationships but at the same time being extremely professional while ensuring it's a win-win situation is what I admire the most.
