Jyoti Mahendru Joins McCann Worldgroup as EVP-HR
Mahendru has an MBA in HR management with about 20 years of work experience in corporate and consulting environment
Jyoti Mahendru has joined McCann Worldgroup as Executive Vice President - Human Resources.
Mahendru has an MBA in HR management with about 20 years of work experience in corporate and consulting environment. She has worked on the entire HR framework including best practices with regards to culture management, talent acquisition, talent management, engagement and performance management.
Her last full time assignment was with Bharti Walmart India as VP People, after which she got into the consulting practice. After being independent for a while, she joined KNAV International as Practice Director– HR solutions, setting up their HR consulting vertical.
