Kotak Mahindra Group account is up for a media review, confirm highly placed industry sources. The media review is part of the standard process that the brand undertakes at regular intervals (every three to four years).
The initial round of the review has just ended; the aim being to take stock of the current skill-sets and assess them.
The account size is estimated to be between Rs 80 crore and Rs 90 crore.
Starcom MediaVest is currently handling the duties for the brand. The agency won the media mandate in 2007 from Madison Media.
Madison Media won the duties for the brand in 2003 from the then incumbent agency Mediacom, who had been handling the account for 15 years.
