The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has empanelled four agencies for its creative and media duties – Prachar Advertising, Pam, Span and Unnati. The account size has been pegged at Rs 15 crore for the pan-India account. The agencies have won the contract for a period of two years.
A tender for the account was floated two and a half months ago in which 35 agencies had taken part. There were three rounds of presentations, following which these four agencies were selected.
KS Rao, Director - Marketing, Khadi and Village Industries Commission has confirmed the development, but refused to divulge further details.
According to a senior source in Prachar Advertising, the account would be a 360-degree account comprising print, TV radio and outdoors. The campaigns are expected to break from next week.
