The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has invited applications from advertising agencies and has offered empanelment for a period of three years, according to industry sources.
Sources have also informed that the empanelled agencies will be responsible for carrying out various publicity and promotional activities of the department, including outdoor advertising. Preference will be given to agencies who have the capability of getting departmental advertisements published in reputed and recognised daily newspapers under the maximum concessional rates.
There is a pre-requisite for agencies to have their registered office in Lucknow with necessary infrastructure, facilities and skilled manpower. The agencies are also expected to have experience in designing hoardings, booklets, brochures, etc.
