Overview of print advertising for sales promotion during Jan-Aug 2007: AdEx study
Sales promotion ads had 18 per cent share of advertising volumes on print during Jan-Sept '07. Price Promotion and multiple promotions together contributed 52 per cent share of total sales promotion ad pie on print. Thirty eight per cent share of sales promotion was observed in South zone publications. Sales promotion ad campaign was utilised maximum by Maruti Suzuki Ltd, who was the number one advertiser.
