Paras Bali joins History Channel as Regional Head for North & East
Paras Bali has put in his papers at India TV as Regional Head for North after a short stint of seven months. He is joining History Channel as Regional Head for North & East, where he will be looking after the channel’s ad sales. He will be reporting to Pappan Majumdar, National Sales Head for History Channel.

Paras Bali has put in his papers at India TV as Regional Head for North after a short stint of seven months. He is joining History Channel as Regional Head for North & East, where he will be looking after the channel’s ad sales. He will be reporting to Pappan Majumdar, National Sales Head for History Channel.
Commenting on his move, Bali said, “The reason I quit India TV is that there was a good opportunity ahead. History Channel is a good brand to be associated with and I have a good team in place to work with.”
Bali, who has seven years’ experience, began his career with Zee. He was Assistant Vice-President with Zee News for two years. He has also worked with STAR Plus and STAR Gold as Assistant Manager for two and a half years.
