Rediffusion DY&R bags Rs 10 cr Franklin Templeton advertising business

Following a multi-agency pitch, Franklin Templeton has decided to appoint Rediffusion DY&R as their creative agency. The other agencies in the fray were Euro RSCG and Lowe India. The account size is pegged at Rs 10 crore.

Following a multi-agency pitch, Franklin Templeton has decided to appoint Rediffusion DY&R as their creative agency. The other agencies in the fray were Euro RSCG and Lowe India. The account size is pegged at Rs 10 crore.

As was reported by exchange4media, the company had called for a pitch a fortnight back. Confirming the development, Arun Nanda, Chairman, Rediffusion DY&R expresses, “We are very thrilled with this win. A prominent global player has again shown faith in the communication abilities of Rediffusion and we are sure we will do a great job of it.”

Franklin Templeton’s decision to change its creative partner had come close on the heels of HSBC, ICICI and ABN AMRO. Contract Advertising was handling the business.
