Following the completion of the Jet Airways and Sahara Airlines deal, which resulted in the rebranding of the latter to JetLite, Starcom Worldwide has been signed as the media AoR for JetLite. The move was not preceded by any pitch. The business size is expected to be in the region of Rs 18-20 crore. It may be recalled that Starcom Worldwide’s India offices had won the global media duties of Jet Airways earlier this year.

It has been reliably learnt that Starcom’s Mumbai office would be handling the implementation and the buying for the business, while the Delhi office would be handling the servicing.

Neither the client nor the agency was available for comments at the time of filing this story.
