The New Indian Express Group has roped in V Natrajan as VP – Marketing with all India responsibility, for advertisement revenue and brand operations, for all the group publications. He would be reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director of the group Manoj Kumar Sonthalia.

Company officials have confirmed the development to exchange4media.

Natrajan has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing and profit centre responsibilities across industries. He joined Business Standard as VP, Marketing and Head (language papers) looking after Business Standard Hindi editions as Business Head and was there for a year. He then moved to Businessworld as the SBU head (General Manager) for nearly four years from 2004 to 2008.

He has in the past worked with Madura Coats where he spent nine years. In 2000 he moved to Bausch & Lomb and was GM, Sales and Marketing with the company for four years.
