Videocon assigns Rs 100-plus cr creative duties to Saatchi & Saatchi
Videocon has awarded its creative business to Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi. Confirming the win, Sanjib Dey, Executive VP and Branch Head, Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi, said, “It’s a category redefining opportunity for us. We are completely geared towards rolling out the campaign.” According to industry sources, the account size is upwards of Rs 100 crore. The incumbent agency is O&M.

Videocon has awarded its creative business to Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi. Confirming the win, Sanjib Dey, Executive VP and Branch Head, Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi, said, “It’s a category redefining opportunity for us. We are completely geared towards rolling out the campaign.” According to industry sources, the account size is upwards of Rs 100 crore. The incumbent agency is O&M.
The win comes following a multi-agency pitch involving Saatchi & Saatchi, O&M, TBWA, Interface and Capital Advertising.
Dey further said, “The account would have a 360-degree angle that would include print, TVC, OOH, online, etc. The campaigns would break early next week.”
Videocon is simultaneously undergoing restructuring, especially on the sales, marketing and innovation front.
