Vinod Prabhakar, the Chief Financial Officer of Grey Group, passed away this morning. He was 45 years old.
A veteran of Grey, Prabhakar joined the organisation nearly 20 years ago, when it was still Trikaya Grey. He oversaw the agency's transition into Grey Group and played a key role in managing the agency through good times and bad. He led the agency's diversification and acquisitions with a devoted team that had been with him for over 15 years.
A jovial, helpful and wonderful colleague, a doting father and a loving husband, Prabhakar will be missed by his innumerable friends and colleagues. He is survived by his wife Beena, son Vineet, parents, brothers and relatives.
The cremation will be held on August 27, 2012 between 12.30PM and 13.30PM.
