Chris Spadaccini appointed as Chief Marketing Officer of WarnerMedia Entertainment
He will be taking over from Michael Engleman and will report to Bob Greenblatt, Chairman, Warner Media Entertainment and Direct-to-Consumer
HBO executive Chris Spadaccini has been appointed by WarnerMedia Entertainment as the new Chief Marketing Officer, according to news reports. Spadaccini will be taking over from Michael Engleman and will report to Bob Greenblatt, Chairman, Warner Media Entertainment and Direct-to-Consumer. Spadaccini will be tasked with heading the marketing portfolios of Warner's other cable networks, TNT, TBS, and TruTV, as well as the upcoming streaming service
Spadaccini began his career with HBO in 1999 and was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer since 2016. He was instrumental in marketing the show the Sopranos and launching the HBO Now streaming service. He also handled the marketing of HBO's mega-hit show Game of Thrones.
Prior to working with HBO, Spadaccini worked with US pay television network VH1
