Deloitte India in final talks to take over media audit firm Spatial Access
Spatial Access’s advisory unit works with advertisers to increase media and marketing ROI
Deloitte India, according to media reports, is set to take over Spatial Access, a media audit and advisory company that works with advertisers to increase media and marketing ROI.
Media reports said the deal will be around Rs 15 crore and the talks are in the final stages.
Spatial Access uses proprietary processes to analyse a marketer’s spends in traditional and digital media, print production, BTL, Ad Films and agency partnerships. The unit gives advertisers specific recommendations on improving efficiency and impact.
Its advisory solutions are focussed on empowering advertisers with relevant knowledge, benchmarks and best practices across Media, Brand and Partners.
