Akshay Kumar, CEO of Mercury Himalayan Explorations (MHE) has passed away, according to media reports.
The former President of Adventure Tour Operators Association of India breathed his last after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Kumar was an adventure enthusiast and has rafted down more than 30 rivers in India and Canada.
He also has the credit of being the leader of the first trekking group to the Nanda Devi Base Camp after 22 years.
