Microsoft India has appointed Purnima Sahni Mohanty as its new Director of Communications. In her new role, Mohanty will be part of the India leadership team and will be responsible for shaping Microsoft’s communication strategy and corporate brand reputation across audiences.
Mohanty is a senior communications leader with over 27 years of experience in the industry. She brings a blend of global and local expertise leading strategic communications, reputation management, and citizenship programs at DuPont, GE, Samsung, Alcatel, and Oracle. Mohanty has also received prominent industry recognition in the market for her work in Communications and CSR.
Prior to this role, Mohanty was working as Director & Head of Communications & CSR at DuPont. She has also served stints at Samsung, GE, and Oracle.
