Paytm ropes in ‘Trivago Guy’ Abhinav Kumar as Vice President, Product Marketing

Paytm has appointed Abhinav Kumar, who was earlier the face of Trivago, as its Vice President, Product Marketing, as per media reports.
In January 2019, we had reported that Kumar has joined lending marketplace PaisaDukan.com as Digital Marketing and Branding Advisor and would also be on the company’s Advisory Board.
A Paytm spokesperson was quoted by media reports as saying: “We are excited to have Kumar on board, who is known for his expertise in product marketing. We are in the next phase of our growth, and his skills and expertise will be instrumental to our efforts of expanding digital payments in our country.”
