Sukrit Singh has stepped down as CEO of Geometry Encompass, media reports said.
Singh will be with the WPP marketing agency till September.
Encompass, founded by Roshan Abbas and Sukrit Singh, was acquired by WPP in 2008. It merged with Geometry Global in 2015.
