Dentsu Inc has purchased the respective 26 per cent equity stakes held by Mogae Consultants in Dentsu Communications, Dentsu Marcom and Dentsu Creative Impact. As per the transaction terms, Sandeep Goyal, the incumbent Chairman of Dentsu India Group, will resign from his position, but continue to support the Dentsu India Group as its Founder Chairman.

BBC Worldwide Productions India launches ‘Firangi Tadka’, an all new cookery show for celebrated chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s new cookery channel. After producing a host of reality shows based on BBCW’s international hits such as ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’ and ‘Wife Bina Life’. ‘Firangi Tadka’ will air daily, from Monday to Thursday, at 2.30pm, beginning this week on the channel Food Food.
