From immersing herself in a good book to catching up on movies and bonding with her family, Nandini Dias, the CEO of Lodestar, has her weekend priorities set straight. Dias is a sports enthusiast and loves playing games in her free time. She is also a good cook and can whip up lip-smacking aloo paratha, puran poli and many other delicacies.
The allure of unseen destinations urges Dias to travel and she confesses that she takes a day off while on work trips to explore the place.
"To get dates from the three men in my life is such a mammoth task that I have stopped dreaming about vacations," exclaims Dias.

Since I was a sportsperson, I never got into any vice. I used to play badminton. When I was playing, the rules of the game were tougher than today. You had to earn a point. You could not get a point if the opponent made a mistake. To last in such a game, one really needed stamina. So we would do a lot of things to just build speed and stamina. Vices would have nullified all the efforts.
A staycation/adventure I love...
Exploring new cities. Whenever I travel for work, I usually try to take out one day to see the place.
