Divya Pathak, Director Marketing, Sony Pictures Entertainment, has joined global video streaming service Netflix.

When exchange4media reached out to Netflix for an official confirmation, the official spokesperson said, "We can confirm that Divya Pathak has joined Netflix India as Director, Publicity."
Pathak joined Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2010 and has been associated with them for more than seven years. Prior to joining Sony, she was heading marketing for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, India where she was in charge of Disney Hollywood and local film slates, for more than three years.
In 2000, she worked with SPE as Head-Marketing and handled the portfolio of Disney film and Sony local/regional slate. She also worked with JWT as an Account Director for eight years and handled accounts of Unilever (Lux, Close-up, Mentadent, Sunsilk,) Kellogg's, Warner Lambert, Air-India and Pepsi.
