Hope the best is yet to come: Amarjit Singh Batra completes 6 years at Spotify
Batra joined the music streaming company in April 2018 as Managing Director- Spotify India
Amarjit Singh Batra, GM- SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) & MD-Spotify India, has completed six years with the music streaming company.
Batra shared the news on his LinkedIn profile and talked about his six-year-old journey.
“I completed 6 years at Spotify! Truly grateful for a memorable journey! Thanks to everyone who have supported me through these amazing years of building Spotify in India and in SAMEA. Still as excited and charged up for the journey ahead, and hope that the best is yet to come!,” he wrote.
Batra joined the music streaming company in April 2018 as Managing Director- Spotify India. In July 2022, he was promoted to the position of GM- SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) & MD-Spotify India.
Before joining Spotify, Batra was with OLX as its CEO- South Asia. In the past he has been associated with ebay India and Baazee India.
