Rakesh Sharma held the President’s position for the term 2023-24 at INS. According to sources, Kumar will takeover the baton from him.
Presently, Kumar is the Managing Director of Mathrubhumi newspaper and former member of Janata Dal (United) party.
In 2000, he became the Director of Marketing and Electronic Media of Mathrubhumi newspaper. Kumar did his PGDBA from Kings Langley College of Management, London.
The agenda for the upcoming AGM of INS will focus on key financial and administrative matters.
The society will receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ending March 31, 2024, including the balance sheet and profit and loss
