Sundaram Home Finance, a Sundaram Finance Group Company, today launched a portal christened ‘sundaramhomefind’ [www.sundaramhomefind.com]. The portal will offer prospective home buyers information on current residential projects in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trichy, Madurai and Coimbatore. Currently, about 425 projects have been listed on the portal.
It will feature the latest residential projects region wise. A customer can log on and can give his requirements in terms of city, location and budget to get information about projects/ apartments within those criteria. This will enable buyers to assess several options and take a final view to physically inspect the short-listed properties, thereby making home buying process less cumbersome. Apart from this, the portal will have articles/query corners/expert help desk all relating to homes.
Keeping the customer ease in mind, no registration is required. There is easy maneuverability. The portal will be updated every week. Customers can also apply online for home loans.
Sundaram Home is in its fifth year of operations and is expected to disburse retail home loans aggregating Rs. 400 crore in the current fiscal ending March ’04. Its loan portfolio at the end of March ’04 is expected to be about Rs. 650 crore.
