Bhartiya Group appoints Alok Nigam as SVP, HR
At Bhartiya Group, Nigam will head the Human Resources function and take responsibility for bringing in talent and strengthening the HR policies.
Adding on to the top management team, Bhartiya Group, a diversified lifestyle group with two verticals – Bhartiya Fashion and Bhartiya Urban, has announced the appointment of Alok Nigam as Senior Vice President, HR. Nigam joins Bhartiya Group from Bharti Airtel, where he had spearheaded various leadership roles, the last being CHRO of the Network Services Group for India and South Asia.
At Bhartiya Group, Nigam will head the Human Resources function and take responsibility for bringing in talent and strengthening the HR policy infrastructure to support a rapidly growing business with a distinctive culture.

His earlier stints include managing reputation for business partnership, talent management, employee engagement and creating HR policies at organisations like Luxor, Jay Bharat Maruti and Goodlass Nerolac. Nigam was also Group Head, Corporate Human Resources at Intex Technologies India Ltd.
