Biswaraj Chowdhary has joined Dainik Bhaskar Group as AGM-MarComm. He will be based in Mumbai and will be reporting to Sanjeev Kotnala (Vice President).
Biswaraj Chowdhary has joined Dainik Bhaskar Group as AGM-MarComm. He will be based in Mumbai and will be reporting to Sanjeev Kotnala (Vice President).
Commenting on Chowdhary’s appointment, Kotnala said, “Biswaraj brings in relevant experience for current business and will enhance the team efficiencies in communication.”
On his movement and challenges ahead, Chowdhary said, “Dainik Bhaskar Group as an innovative aggressive media group with its ever expanding reach and footprint will give me that additional width to experiment. It’s uniquely placed with a non-metro market, and this space is full of action. I am sure this will be a phase of great learning and experimentation that is an intrinsic property of the brand.”
Chowdhary has 11 years of prior experience in marketing alliances and promotions. His last assignment was with Music Broadcast (Radio City) as DGM, where he was handling Alliances, Promotions and New Business. He has earlier worked with Jet Airways.
