CNN-IBN and IBN7 celebrates the spirit of Independence

As the patriotic fervour sets in, CNN-IBN and IBN7 brings to its viewers a special line up of programming to commemorate 63 years of independence. The channel aims to highlighting those issues that matter the most to its citizens. The special programming airing from August 9-15 will feature IBN18 Network’s flagship bi-annual nationwide poll ‘State of the Nation’ and the programs like India Rocks, Bollywood Blockbusters, In August Country, Secret Kitchen Special, Faking News and CJ: RTI Special.

Speaking about the special programming, Rajdeep Sardesai, Editor-in-Chief, IBN 18 Network, said, “The Independence Day programming is an attempt to not only look back at all that we have achieved but also critically examine our country’s issues that need to be resolved, to gain the confidence to live up to the potential we possess.
