DNA launches ‘MAG’, a special magazine with the Sunday newspaper
DNA.Sunday has introduced a special magazine called the Mag, a magazine inside the newspaper which attempts to offer its readers the “best of both newspapers and magazines”.

R Jagannathan, Executive Editor, DNA said, “Our interactions with readers suggest that they have been looking for something different on a Sunday. The newspaper must have depth and gravitas in addition to news. We believe THE MAG has the right mix of interesting content and relevant features for a relaxed Sunday read. By positioning it as a magazine within a newspaper, readers get both news and features without confusing one with the other.”
The Mag would have features on lifestyle, health, spirituality, self-improvement, technology, fashion, culture, music, books and movies, and would also have news-based features. The magazine has been “designed to increase interactivity and has a high youth quotient by relating to their eclectic interests, independent-mindedness, and aspirations to be smart in a globalising world”.
