ESS signs Kevin Pietersen for ICC World Twenty20
The former England captain, will be a part of ESPN-Star Sports’ presentation and analysis team for the ICC World Twenty20 to be played in Sri Lanka
ESPN-Star Sports (ESS) has announced that Kevin Pietersen, former England captain, will be a part of ESS’ presentation and analysis team for the ICC World Twenty20 to be played in Sri Lanka. In addition, Pietersen will also play an important role in the publicity and promotion of ESS’ broadcast of ICC World Twenty20.
Pietersen has had a successful cricket career and this will be the first time that he will feature on live broadcast as an analyst.
Announcing the induction of Pietersen, Peter Hutton, Managing Director, ESPN-Star Sports, said, “We’re delighted that one of the world games biggest names is part of our team, and look forward to hearing the insights of someone who knows the format and knows the current stars inside out.”

Pietersen, who played for Delhi Daredevils earlier this year, enjoys a strong following and support amongst the fans from the Sub-continent.
