Harshit Desai to head UX Labs at Indigo Consulting

Harshit Desai has joined Indigo Consulting as VP & Head - UX Labs, the Usability Consulting & Design division of Indigo Consulting. Desai will lead the Usability & User Experience Design practice both as a delivery team as well as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Speaking on the appointment, Vikas Tandon, MD, Indigo Consulting, said, “Harshit is a rare combination of domain expertise and business skills. Given his experience in leading usability projects for clients across sectors, we look forward to having him on board as Business Head – UX Labs.”

Prior to joining Indigo Consulting, Desai has been a successful entrepreneur, technologist and marketer with over nine years of experience. He set up Pure Use, a usability services company in 2005, where he successfully undertook UX Design, research & testing assignments for clients like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Citibank, Kotak Securities, Vodafone, Virgin Mobile, Cafe Coffee Day and MakeMyTrip. Prior to that, he had co-founded Pure IT, providing HR Consulting and SOX compliance to overseas firms.
