KV Sridhar (Pops) on New York Festival’s Television & Cinema Jury
Leo Burnett’s National Creative Director, KV Sridhar (better known as Pops), is the only Indian jury member to be a part of the list of judges at the New York Festivals 2009. Pops will play an integral role in judging the Television & Cinema Advertising category.

The New York Festivals Award is one of the most prestigious and sought after advertising awards in the world. The Festivals’ unique online judging process is carried forth by renowned judges representing 40 countries, handpicked by the Festival’s Executive Directors.
An official communiqué stated: “Pops is honoured to be a part of a Jury team that comprises some of the best creative leaders in the world. He also believes that the evolutionary online judging system will allow each entry ample time and attention in an environment free of outside distractions.”
The Festival’s Peer Recommendation programme also allows the industry experts from across the world to keep the competition afresh with new perspectives.
